A kind hospitality and service mind of the staff named Mr. Herbert Liu. He possesses well English and very helpful. Other hotel staff is also good just it's not easy to communicate in English.

I liked the fact the staff went out of their way to show me to the nearest convenience store. They were friendly and accommodating. The room they offered me was also an upgrade with a seaview. The breakfast also offered a wide range of foods from the region.

The views of Haicang Bay and Xiamen island from a sea view room are great. Even in overcast weather, the views are atmospheric. The bed was very comfortable, as were the red chairs and the shower. My room was spotless. I had no problems checking in and checking out - the staff were both efficient and polite.

We stayed at Courtyard Xiamen Haicang our first and last night in China and the hotel allowed us to store our luggage with them while we travelled to a different province.

Very clean, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast choice. Whole hotel is immaculate. Room was great size with tasteful decor.
